Refund policy

We have a 30-day return request period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding an issue with your order.

To be eligible for a return request, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom Product Policy

All products sold by our store are custom-made items. We do not sell second-hand goods, and we are not affiliated with or reselling products from any external brands. Every product is created specifically for our customers.

Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and we operate under a strict no-refund policy.

Once an order has been placed and processed, refunds will not be issued for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Customer preference

  • Delayed shipping caused by carriers


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, refunds are not issued.
